UX Case Study
A creative agency website designed to showcase services, build brand credibility and generate enquiries.
The Social Sutter is a social media marketing agency founded by Kayla, with a strong focus on storytelling, brand identity, and human connection. The goal was not to create a conventional agency website listing services and packages, but to design a brand-first digital experience where the founder herself becomes the face of the brand, building trust and credibility with potential clients.

Formal user testing was limited; design decisions were guided by stakeholder goals and established UX best practices.
The website needed to communicate the agency’s personality and build credibility without relying on conventional agency sales tactics.
The homepage sets the first impression and determines whether users trust the agency enough to explore further. The design introduces the founder, communicates the agency’s services, and guides visitors through a clear visual hierarchy.
Make the founder a recognizable presence so visitors can connect with the person behind the agency.
Lead with the agency’s story, personality, and values rather than starting with a list of services.
Present services as a natural extension of the brand’s approach, helping visitors understand the agency’s value.
Use credibility-building elements in relevant places to support trust and help visitors feel more confident about initiating contact.
